Fix to the Email Alerts feature

We fixed a bug with the Email Alerts feature introduced with ver. 7.1.0.0.

The problem was with the “SMTP Username” field which specifies the username to be used to authenticate against the SMPT server.

This username was mistakenly internally used as an email address and that was causing an errors if it did not have the format of an email address. (e.g. if you use an AD user).
