Power BI Report Server Updates March 2018
This month Microsoft have released a new production ready version of Power BI Report Server that includes bookmarking, syncing slidcers and quick measures.
Bookmarking allows you to capture the currently configured view of a report page, including filtering and the state of visuals and allows you to go back to them later by selecting the “bookmark”. Great for a telling a story in a presentation!
Quick measures is a new feature that lets you quickly create new measures based on other fields in your table. These new measures become part of your model and can be used in any of your charts, just like manually created DAX calculations. You can also see the underlying DAX and edit it if you need to tweak the results.
